Returns Policy

Accessories

We accept returns and offer replacement only if the items are received in defective/damaged/broken condition by the customer post delivery. In such cases customer has to inform us via email to dnatureaqua@gmail.com with a supporting picture / video of the damaged items within 48 HRS of receipt of the goods / within Warranty Period.48 HRS Time frame / Warranty Period is calculated from the Delivered Date / Time as shown on Delivery Partner Website.


Damaged / Deflective Items have to be returned back to us in as received condition along with all the original packing, parts and accessories. Once packed and kept ready and notified to us, we will initiate reverse pickup. Return Shipping Charges will be borne by Nature Aqua Design. Nature Aqua Design reserves the right to replace the defective/damaged/broken item entirely OR only the damaged part of the item. Replacement will be sent once the items reaches us and is inspected.

Replacement Claim is void if inspection reveals any of the below signs:

  • Item has been used / damaged due to incorrect use
  • Damage was due to improper handling of product not as prescribed by the manufacturer
  • Any of the Parts / Accessories are missing
  • Product was tampered/tried to be modified in any way or form

Warranty Support

Accessories

We provide Warranty Support for eligible products which develop issues within the warranty period. In such cases customer has to inform us via email to dnatureaqua@gmail.com with a supporting picture / video of the product malfunction / issue. Warranty Period is calculated from the Delivered Date / Time as shown on Delivery Partner Website / Our Site Records. We may ask to perform trouble shooting steps and request additional details as required to validate the defect / malfunction post which we will confirm eligibility for Warranty. This may take up to 1 Week.


Once confirmed for Warranty Eligibility, Items have to be returned back to us in as received condition along with all the original packing, parts and accessories. Once packed and kept ready and notified to us, we will initiate reverse pickup for the same or in some odd cases, customer may have to ship it to us. Once we receive the item, we will recheck for the issue and will replace defective part / entire product as per company guidelines and resend the product. Timeframe of this may vary based on availability of spares / products at that time. We will not be able to provide any standby or substitute product for the period when we are processing the Warranty claim.

Warranty Claim is void if inspection reveals any of the below signs

  • Item has been used / damaged due to incorrect use
  • Damage was due to improper handling of product not as prescribed by the manufacturer
  • Any of the Parts / Accessories are missing
  • Product was tampered/tried to be modified in any way or form
  • Product damaged due to power surge / short circuit 

 

Plants

We do not offer Returns or Replacement for Plants.
